Advance Veterinary Diets Gastroenteric is a balanced, dietetic dry dog food offering complete nutrition for dogs and puppies that suffer from pancreatitis, gastritis, enteritis or other inflammatory bowel disease. This food is made up of easily digested ingredients with a low fat content and uses rice as a carbohydrate source. Prebiotic inulin can protect the dog’s digestive system against harmful bacteria and promote good bacteria, creating a balanced gut flora. Higher levels of vitamin E and C, plus bioflavonoids all work together to give this food a high antioxidative effect and can help to reduce oxidative cell damage.
