Bioiberica Calmurofel for Feline Idiopathic Cystitis

Calmurofel® is a veterinary product especially recommended for cats with feline idiopathic cystitis.

 

How it works:

 

Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucosamine HCl, fundamental components of the inner lining of the urinary bladder in cats, help to repair the inner lining of the urinary bladder and in reducing its permeability and exposure to infectious microorganisms. L-Tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin, the neurotransmitter that controls anxiety and stress-related behaviors. Oralvisc® is an exclusive formulation of hyaluronic acid that helps regulate excess body weight, reducing serum levels of leptin, a hormone involved in the obesity process.

 

Recommended Use:

Cats with Feline Idiopathic Cystitis.

 

Administration:

 

The capsules can be administered whole or opened. The content of the capsules can be added over the food.

It is recommended to administer daily for at least 15 days, following the following administration guide:

-Less than 3 kg 1 capsule

-more than 3 kg 2 capsules.

 

In chronic cases a maintenance guideline can be applied reducing the dose and considering to extend the administration depending on the evolution of the clinical signs.

-Less than 3 kg 1 capsule every other day.

-More than 3 kg 1 capsule per day
